Using this service

You must provide accurate, complete and current information. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, or submit information on behalf of another person without authority.

Quotations are indicative

Online prices and comparisons are estimates based on the information supplied. They are not an offer, binder, policy or guarantee of acceptance. Final terms may change after underwriting, document review, valuation or insurer approval.

When cover begins

Submitting a request does not create insurance. Cover begins only when final terms have been accepted, required payment has been confirmed, and an authorised policy or cover confirmation states the effective date.

Policy documents take priority

Product summaries are general guidance. The insurer’s schedule, wording, endorsements, limits, exclusions, excesses and conditions govern the insurance contract. Read those documents carefully and ask us about anything unclear.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend access to protect users or the service.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss caused by reliance on an indicative estimate, unauthorised account use, third-party systems or events outside our reasonable control.
